I always, always crave for Japanese Food. I eat Japanese food when I’m happy, sad, or even excited. Well, I eat it all the time. I can eat it everyday if possible (and if my wallet permits lol).
Japanese restaurants are rare in Bulacan, tho. So I was giddy when I found Gan Chan, aside from being near my place, the owner is Japanese too. Legit Japanese cuisine! (I confirmed this by messaging their official FB page and they were kind enough to reply <3)
I was craving for tempura earlier so I asked Marvin to eat dinner with me. Luckily, his work assignment is in Bulacan now and I’m too lazy to go to SM/Trinoma after work anyway.
So yayyy, bye cravings!

We got a free green tea ice cream too since it’s the restaurant’s 5th anniversary across all branches 🙂
Love the food and experience so far. The place is clean, the staff are nice and the food is affordable! We spent less than P400 per person for everything 😉
